Sitting detached from Glasgow and time to analyse the rumoured names This is my take,
1. Muscat. a huge gamble and potential error. Would never have been consider if Ange hadn't done well at Celtic .
2. Jensen . I see the attraction but AZ is a very small club and there's no sign in his past that he could manage a club of our size.
3. Lampard. crazy! Based on his commercial potential certainly not on his managerial record.
4. McInnes . forget that he knocked us back, the club was a complete basket case then and in fairness he's never spoken of it. Hugely experienced in SPFL, good organiser, teams are boring. The safe option.
5. Clement. not being mentioned much but, for me, the best available . Won 3 Belgian titles with 2 teams including Brugge. Sacked at Monaco but so what . better than him have been sacked and gone on to success.
6. Lowe / others . gambles, projects, shouldn't be considered.
In short, we need an experience coach who has won things in good leagues and for me Clement is the only one who fits that bill.

Every single manager is a risk. le guen was fantastic at lyon everybody though rangers and le guen was going to rip up the scottish league turned into a disaster. Previously won 5 titles i think on the bounce with lyon?

All visitors to a Schengen country require a minimum of 3 months validity on their passport. Hamza as a Moroccan will always require a visa to visit any Schengen country . As John pointed out he previously visited Poland without problems so his Swedish problems must lie with his passport not the visa . Either it didn’t have 3 months. on it or it was left behind . IMO .

Sweden is part of Schengen as is every other team we play … excluding the English . therefore a Schengen visa covers all and could’ve been applied for prior to the draw . Total amateurs.

I fully understand those who say we can’t continue to change coaches but does anyone have faith in Clement? Other than Barron his signing have been awful to date . His tactics are rigid and old fashioned, his man management is crap and his stubbornness makes it even worse . To bring on Hamza on his debut at Parkhead when 3-0 down is bad enough but to do so when Danilo nisbet on the bench is inexcusable.
