Like many on here I was on a downer after the last league defeat, but what a week that was to be a bluenose. Now I'm probably off on one now and need tied down, but is the league over yet? I'll never conceded until the numbers say it isn't possible, a win at their place and you never know! It will test their metal.

Laudrup, its always a good week to be a bluenose mate. in fact anytime is good to be a bluenose.

Awesome. We will talk about that result for a long time, but have to keep level head for next week. Lundstrum had his best game in a Rangers shirt - but we need to get that level from him more often and if that happens he must stay. For me though Ryan Jack was head and shoulders the best player on the field.

Ryan was very good as was Lundstram and Bassey however Kent was immense- he's unplayable if teams give him space.

2.) 17 Feb 2022 20:06:04
Lundstram is good all the time your comment is embarrassing.

Great all round performance, shows need to keep jack fit, got to somehow manage his game time until end of season, Ramsey will be good addition, when fully up to speed, let's all enjoy while it lasts,

I've been patient for weeks, not wanting to get ahead of myself, but that is it folks! 55 is on its way. Credit to Gerard and Gary Mac. Even moreso to Dave King for bringing them in. Let's also look forward to the analysis from Stewart, McNamara and the king of all roots Sutton. WARTP!

We're going well on all fronts and playing some great football. My only niggle at the moment is the poor post xmas form over the last couple of years. Whatever the training regime is at present let's just stick with it, winning is a habit! Though Zungu and Bassey were v. good today.

If I have a concern that is it. Let's hope we've learned something from the last 2 years.

2.) 29 Nov 2020 22:51:24
I think the positive thing this year is that there's no winter break so fingers crossed we don't do what we've done that last 2 season's and threw away a promising position.

3.) 29 Nov 2020 23:27:11
we have strength in depth we didn't have last year. the minute someone isn't performing they will be dropped. rightly so. i do not have the fears i had last year for sure.

4.) 30 Nov 2020 09:15:41
I've no concerns on that front.
It's a new season with the team performing consistently well, even when the squad players are getting a chance and even a couple of youth players yesterday.
Long way to go on all fronts but so far so good.
In Gerrard We Trust 👍.

Jan pretty much going to be our toughest run of fixtures for the season.

I've read a lot about Shankland, but watched him again tonight and have to say I don't think he's the man for us. Scoring goals where he's been up to this point. But at top of SPL and in Europe? Not for me. First time post so go easy.

Very very average.

I agree, the lad is a good player as is Nicky Clark but not Rangers class. Thought Dorrans played really well and his goal was top class.

No no no on Kent. On present form the lad wouldn’t get on ahead of McCausland or Sima. I also was never a fan of Shankland, a year or so ago I would have said we could do better. If there is a deal to be done then that is the one for me over the next few weeks.

John, I used to do a lot of coaching in NI and saw a lot of Charlie Lindsay when he was 13 or 14. How is he progressing. He was some talent at that age.

In my lifetime I’ve been lucky enough to see captains such as Greig and Gough. I don’t think Tab is in that bracket, for me his legacy is the goal ratio from playing full back for the famous, not so much on his leadership. Probably my age again, but I saw Spackman on tv the other night, now there was a decent player and very under rated too. Keep the faith lads, I think the next 4 games will be very telling for our season and I’m confident! WATP.

Still early days, but imo PC has the stature of a Rangers manager, his approach in the xfer window, getting players to deliver for him and clearly holding their respect is the best we have had since Walter. If he gets close we will have made a fantastic appointment. One trophy in the bag, progress on n Europe, another cup to play for and a title chase. I wouldn’t have thought this was possible in the final weeks of Beale. WATP.

Fingers crossed for a couple more signings and hopefully some movement out too. I didn't know much about PC before he was mentioned a possible target, I am though increasingly confident we have landed the right man. I like his approach, keeps a tight ship on m rumours, plays his cards close to chest. But the big man looks to have the stature of a Rangers manager, far too early yet, but maybe some likeness to Walter.

A couple of minutes left and looks better already. Good start for the new manager. Now let’s get behind him, I’m glad to be rid of Beale, onwards and upwards. WATP.

Cooper was the star turn when I got taken along to my first games at Ibrox. What a player he was. As the tag name suggests, I was also a massive fan of Laudrup. A match winner too in his day, but I think Cooper would edge it for me!
