Nothing ground breaking.
Rrahmani: Interest is still there, but no progress. Issue is structure of deal. Talk we’ve offered €6m described as “probably accurate”, but offer is heavy in add ons. Romanians don’t want €4m and maybe some part of €2m more if Rrahmani does X, Y and Z, they want certainty over almost the entire fee. Neither side budging yet, but belief is that €6m isn’t far off what it’ll take and it’s about structure.
Kabadayi: Patience wearing thin, club was told he wanted to sign over a week ago and little progress. Expectation is we’ll move on in the next day or two if it isn’t concluded.
Galdames: Outline agreed with agent, management confident it’ll be done after Chile’s Copa America concludes.
Lennon Miller: Interested but not deemed a priority at this point in the window. He’s not the only option, but it won’t pick up until we see some departures.

Hyper only my opinion mate but i think we should be making lennon miller a priority signing for us for every reason, as this young midfielder looks to have some career in front of him, a very talented kid indeed that we shouldn't be missing out on, by doing everything we possibly can to sign him ?I was also told at work today that we're definitely interested in theo bair ?.

Sir Walter, I agree that we should get Miller but how it was explained to me is that we are still prioritising a starting number 6 type player first.
If we get that then we’ll have the new number 6, Diomande, Raskin, Barron, Cantwell, Dowell, Hagi and Lowry. While not all natural CMs, we aren’t going to be playing a number 10 often next season so they’ll be considered CMs when evaluating the squad. Can’t afford to go out and spend transfer budget on a CM until space in the squad has been cleared. Expect we will make a move for him at some point in the window.
I asked why we’re going for Galdames if we’ve got Ridvan and Jefte. Clement apparently wants to vary formation on a game by game basis, we’ll play a lot of back 3. Galdames seen as left side of a back 3, and cover for LB/ LWB. Ridvan seen as likely first choice LB in back 4, Jefte will get chances at LWB as we develop him defensively. We like Reuell Walters for the same reasons as Galdames, except Walters is that for the right side. Asked why we’re still being linked with CBs, Galdames unlikely be first choice in a back 4 and the other CB we want is to be viewed as starter no matter the formation.
It’s why we’re being linked with so many strikers, we’ll be playing 2 up front a lot. It’s why there is talk of Cantwell and Lawrence leaving and we’re not getting linked to number 10s, we won’t be playing 4-2-3-1 anywhere near as often.

Yusuf Kabadayi's loan deal runs out at Schalke on the 30th of June, that is the hold up, the deals done, 1 million his current valuation, German under 20 international as well, Kopppen has a good relationship with Bayern (Koppen finalised the Tillman loan with obligation to buy deal for PSV from Bayern, smart move his value doubled in 1 season)
Tillmans value is now 20 mill and rising, not bad for a lad that was worth 1.5 mill when his Rangers loan began.
So that is 1 of our new LW's Kabadayi concluded once the Schalke loan is complete.
The scottish league is in for some hiding this season coming if this level of young talent continues, and it will.
Torres Contract runs out on 1st of july, so we can get him for free also.

Spot on about miller hyper got told we want him but isn’t seen as a priority deal this window with the money mwell want for him and it’s something we will look to do next summer if he’s still there. Hope your right about galdames he’s someone i would love us to sign.

LaudrupHagi, Torres is that Angel Torres the Porto youth that plays in Aus? Just wondering because that’s a wide man who scores hatricks and scores some brilliant goals.
Adama Troare was a player I really wanted because of his goal numbers and how he’s helped a team massively in getting to the CL, it’s gone almost silent about this link so maybe it wasn’t real. 28 I know but not everyone can be 20-22.
I wonder who the first signing will be that gets us excited. Everyone we have signed are great bits of business and essential but I’m just wondering when we will see the more exciting ones. Long time to go in window and some others will have to leave- but we do need the game winning signings in by the CL qualifiers.
6.) 24 Jun 2024 20:09:53
Sorry who is Torres, Laudruphagi?
7.) 24 Jun 2024 20:35:40
Is Angel Torres not in the pokey or soon to be?.
8.) 24 Jun 2024 20:47:47
We can't be hanging around til next season for Lennon Miller. IF we're interested then I want us to get him asap, his value will only go up and so will the number of clubs interested in him.
9.) 24 Jun 2024 21:24:26
Not keen on any links with Angel Torres given what he's in court for. I'd be like taking Goodwillie on
No thanks.
10.) 25 Jun 2024 09:37:49
Pauley, I agree.

Fork, Torres is a convict that for some reason laudruphagi thinks we can sign.

Stromtrooper1 - Not sure what squad you're looking at, but we desperately need a midfielder in the door after Pröpper. We've got Diomande, Barron and not a lot else. Either gets injured and we're done.
At least in defence we have some options, and up front we can get Dessers off and give Danilo 20-30 minutes.

Hagi is in Glasgow, not Italy.
Cantwell is being offered around, to put it mildly both sides know it's best to part ways. Don't believe that Bournemouth have shown any interest.
If we received anything close to a £600k offer for Yfeko we'd have bitten their hand off. He isn't fancied and will be allowed to leave to a nominal fee and a sell-on.
I'm not sure there is such a thing as a low ball offer for Dowell. He's been injured, he doesn't fit into how we want to play and will be on over £1m a year. I strongly suspect we'd take £500k if it freed up the wages.
Similarly with Matondo. He's clearly not up to it, apart from the occasional screamer, and his wages are rumoured to be north of £25k a week. I'm not suggesting we sign Danny Armstrong, but he's evidence that we could get a more effective winger for £1m and significantly lower wages.

My star in the sky - You keep spouting this number that he's on £18k a week, but he's on a fair bit more than that. I know where you've pulled that number from, a daft website that makes up numbers for the salaries of players. How do I know they make them up? They've had our wage bill at around £25m, yet our accounts had our first team wage bill at almost £43m. Forty-three million. The numbers they have aren't remotely accurate.
The Dutch media have been stating that he's on €1.5m p/ a (£25k a week) since March, and the Utrecht sporting director didn't dispute that figure when he was asked.
The only teams in the Netherlands that can afford that are Ajax, PSV, Feyenoord and AZ. And it's a real stretch for AZ. Nobody else can come close to €30k a week.
As for talking him up as top goalscorer since January. and? Giakoumakis moved to that lot for about £2m after he scored 26 goals in 30 games in the Eredivisie. He was younger than Lammers at the time of the transfer and he also hadn't failed in Scotland, Germany and Italy. So no, scoring a few goals in the Eredivisie over six months isn't going to mean we're looking at getting good money for him when his wages rule out most of the teams interested in him.
