First of all can i say i live in Northern Ireland but i'm originally from Paisley. My post is about Steve Davis don't get me wrong over the years he has been a great servant to Rangers and the Northern Ireland squad. but that's it over the years and i think those years are behind him. I still think he has a part to play for Rangers but from the bench in all the games I've watched this year he has played to many what i used to call, hospital passes where he has passed to a team mate that has either been booked from cleaning up his pass or has been almost injured. with the young talent we have now in midfield, ie. aribo, ojo, jones, kent, jack, barker and Murphy coming back i think we should be starting these young and energetic players and keep Steve to bring on to close a match that we are winning.
But its only my opinion what does other bears think out there.

One of his lame passes got Kanara booked. I just think he is more of someone we can rely on to come off the bench rather to start a game. He's been a great servant of the years. But I think the years have caught up with him. It's only my opinion.

Nonesense- If you watch Davis closely, he is a class above most of not all midfielders in this league. Will be surprised if he doesn’t win the players player of the year award.

Defoe or Jordan Rhodes, but of course Sadiq who we've actually signed on loan. Oh, and my mate Hardie - oh no, he has gone to Livingston on loan. I know, let's loan out a striker when Morelos and Windass couldn't kick their own arses, or anyone else's for that matter.

As a lot of people are saying, its early days yet, and maybe Steve G doesn't know his best formation yet, but its obvious to all that we don't have the personnel to play a lone striker, morelos made his name at his previous club in the penalty box, not coming back for the ball at the halfway line, he needs support and at least another striker to play alongside, Steve G said after the euro match that he was concerned about the final third, let's hope he has some ideas to sort it!

Need a real big strong controller of the box. A player who other teams hate playing against who do you think. I think McCauley would be good cover for Murphy v.
