Our team wilted under the pressure for sure. Were unable to defend a lead and unable to forge one. The board has a part to play in this. Remember we cried out for a striker in January and you done nothing. Well now you know why we were crying out for one.
There’s too many lightweight and under achievers in this team and they need shipped out as soon as this season is over.
Absolutely deflated by the last few weeks.

19 points out of 21 is excellent going and breeds winning mentality, yes performances are below par at times and sloppy passages of play are all too often. But we can’t argue with the factualness of the points.
Hopefully a few new faces in, keep one or two, move a few on and get a few injured ones back. Lots of positives to be happy about. Beale has shown himself to be a shrewd operator. Onwards and upwards.

The style of play is down to the players we have available, our midfield has been crying out for younger and different styles of player, most of ours are identical e in style.

Results have been excellent since MB has taken over, performances have been anywhere between school boy and superb at at times. I have no doubt by the time this window and the summer window is over and another 6 months of coaching his ideas, we will be a far better all round side! The run of results we are on just now has to be commended ?.

DD there is no style of play at present - the current stance is let's go one down every game and see if we can come back.
As I said earlier in week - set piece defending (what defending) is atrocious.
We have a flapper of a keeper who cannot decide to stay or go - and when he goes he should be taking out everything in front of him rather than jumping like a basketball player - he gives me the fear constantly. He was bumped out way by our own man at a across prior to the goal and just looks lost. Get McCrorie a start. At one free kick Killie had 5 men attacking the ball and had free header wide and there was not one Gers player within a yard of them - from a standing start - bloody unreal defending!
Surely Beale can see the deficiencies and let's hope he gets backed to put them right - as I hope he gets to put his own stamp on the team. soon. I thought in past that we may only need couple of players - but try 4-5 to get any decent team going.
Only good thing is that we are getting across the line in most games - JUST!

Cheers John was unaware of injury - when fit hope the lad gets a run as am not sure this swopping around of keepers works.
We need a settled defence with a solid keeper - as in past we have been spoiled for top No1s.

Team selection reflected Thursday nights efforts.
We were sloppy in the middle today and no drive forward, missed the width in the first half and tried to draw everything into a midfield battle. No room or true skill that can unlock it for us in there at present.
Aribo was out of position, Tav had no attack or support to overlap and feed off.
Jordan jones should look long and hard, too many boys come and think of they play to the masses I’m a rangers great. Get your head down and work to your potential.
For me, we missed one type of player that would’ve supported Defoe well and snuck in and linked up with Tav and we sold him. Until Jordan jones or Ojo can string 30games behind them and fight tooth and nail for the team, I’ll always consider candy man a better option.
Heads up and we move onto the next game.

There’s a right good few on here will say ‘Aye but. ’
I don’t care what anyone says. The difference for us is that the rest of the league still think they’ve got a chance against us so they raise their game and go for it. Particularly Aberdeen. Whereas most of the same teams are beaten before they even step on the park against Celtic.
That’s what we have to overcome.

DEEB personally i believe a lot of them do fear us an that's why some park the bus against us an hope to get us on the break. (And it works sometimes when our defence fall asleep again in the later stages of the games) .

Job done. but our lack of ability too unlock teams who sit in, has not changed.
I don’t see that as our strongest 11 either that started or finished. We need to hit the ground running this year and get momentum growing. Off the field matters will take care of themselves as long as the team deliver.
