My biggest gripe with our transfer policies is that we are so far behind in how or when we do things that other teams even the diddies are bringing in strength. I don't know if before Wilson had all the control and now the Gaffer has his own say in who and will only accept suggestions from Wilson and rightfully have the final say. The time scale annoys me most as we could have had players in and settled by now, all getting used to their new team mates.

There is no great rush, we are not winning the league effectively 10 points adrift and we have the rest of the season to get it right. If Park is the chief scout then its his job to identify talent and recommend to Wilson and Beale. Only concern is; did he scout Matondo and Itten, if so I think we could have the wrong man for the job.
