Imho if tav could defend he wouldn't be here he's in his comfort zone here he knows his goals disguise his failures as a defender that's why he couldn't wait too sign that extension.

Agree laudrup his defending poor, crosses 8/ 10 misses, set pieces poor, leadership rotten but all is good because he scores most pens.

I didn’t think Tav played well but how bad was Barasic he was terrible and has been for a while yes he puts some great balls into the box but he can not defend he just doesn’t get close to the attacking player so doesn’t stop crosses if Yilmaz does get a chance on Sunday he never will.

Majority a modern day full backs can’t defend Patterson and hickey both went for big money and aren’t good defenders same with Ramsey who went to liverpool and Trent who plays before him.
