No roofe in CL squad. I thought he was almost ready to start playing. Strange decision.

He’s a few weeks away by which time we’ll have played at least half our games. He would also need to get ahead of Colak and Morelos. Better having fully fit and readily available players now than an empty space in the squad.

Won’t be fit enough to play Tuesday-Saturday I till after Christmas, ease him into league games.

Given we’ve not got enough club trained players we had to name 23 in the squad instead of the usual 25.
