I think once we get started in the spl we will set up in a 343 not against them, then it could be easiy changed too a 4132 if we are getting no joy hitting maybe the 60/ 70mins just my opinion, and would really like too here other people's thoughts, and most will no GVB will no better than most mangers (rate him very highly in his first class tactics) it's just what i think he could maybe do again my opinion.

Can't football adapt backwards to a 4- 4 - 2 and surprise everyone? Might take teams a while to readjust. Catch them on the hop. ?.

Back 3 is far too defensive we will only use this in certain situations in Europe. We can't afford/ shouldn't be required to play it in domestic game.
