Has anyone heard of Levy UK? We signed them 2 days ago. Aparantly their pies are the bollocks. I can't wait to taste one. I wonder if they are better than Greggs?

Levy UK and Ireland are considered to be the best in Stadia and Arena catering. They are also big on Brand Management, Concept Development and Facilities Management. They currently partner with Spurs, Villa, Wimbledon, The Aviva, Chelsea, Edgbaston and I believe, Twickenham. Away from Sport they do the O2 Arena, the Wembley Arena, and the Scottish Event Campus.

Greggs have went down in quality if you ask me. Used to love a pie or a sausage roll. Pies are greasy and the sausage roll used to be a tad sweet, it's rubbish now. Not to mention they took away my favs. The greggsnut, the red thai bloomer and new Orleans bloomer. No thank you. Been boycotting them for years now.

there was brand new caterers at ibrox last night, they came to us and apologised for delays, i think they have the contract for everything.

Levy will cover everything on the catering side and I suspect will be involved in potential Venue Hire where Ibrox is used more and more for Entertainment Events and Conventions which all adds to our income and our profits.
Levy are part of Compass Group, North America. In Ireland Levy have built a strategic alliance with Fitzers Catering. Levy and Fitzers are the leading names in Catering in Ireland. While Levy has the Aviva, Fitzers has the Curragh.
Levy UK see the Rangers deal as significant and it will be very much a partnership with Rangers retaining the majority of the profits. This looks like a really good deal for Rangers and for our supporters.
