From memory we looked after Fleck very well as a youngster and he displayed little loyalty and jumped ship when we needed him.

Fleck left due to lack of game time.
Also he was being played at the time out of position as a left sided attacker and when he went to Coventry I believe after us became a centre mid.

Think we bought into the Scottish rooney patter at the time and never seen the boys potential. Bad coaching really.
