Personally I believe that Bassey will stay with us and will sign an extended contract at an enhanced salary. If he continues to progress as he has done so far under Gio then he will prove to be the best football player to have come out of Scotland in the modern era. We need to be keeping as many of our quality players as possible and adding a few more.
It is time for a new era and the departure of players such as McGregor, Davis, who are now in the twilight of their careers + Itten, Simpson and a few others that simply have not reached the standards required.
With the right players we have the potential under Gio to win the treble in Scotland and go a long way in Europe!

Berkshire- I read that Bassey said he's in no rush to move on - and why would he? Give him a new contract, certainly worth 20 grand a week. He improves, he gains experience thus returning Rangers a large profit. Win Win.
