Whoever commented on the full backs have hit the hammer on the head. Neither Tav or Barasic are particularly good defenders but were suited to Gerrards attacking philosophy. That was an embarrassment tonight and to my mind the blame lies firmly at Gios door. The lack of intensity from the manager was mirrored by the players. I genuinely fear for the rest of the season if tactics are not changed. Not going to slaughter any individuals as nobody came out of that with much credit.

This Old firm game was no different to any other. You have to compete and match your direct opponents intensity and win your battles first 20 mins. If you do that you have a chance to win the game.

We did not compete the first half and Celtic made us look ordinary.

There is not much between the teams but Celtic were better tonight. Fullbacks who can’t defend is our former Achilles heal of two years ago. Barisic was sh*****g himself defending and going forward.

I will slaughter them. Tav and Barisic cannot defend. Roofe terrible and unfit. Kent can leave for me. Itten not playing but not good enough. Kamara head turned. Massive mistakes made in summer. Ageing squad and no heart shown tonight. DISGUSTED.

Aye that was me del, been awful. There attacking ability at least gave opposing players something to think about. Both wasted sitting on edge of our own box.
