Hi All,

First time poster.

Another poster asked a week or 2 ago about favourite rangers memories. It got me thinking.

Funniest one was at the Marseille game when McSwegan's header went in. I was in the Broomloan rear, in amongst the goal celebrations a guy came tumbling down the stairs past us. Everyone seemed to stand still for a moment watching him falling. The guy got to the bottom of the stairs and jumped backed to his feet and continued celebrating the goal. Still makes me laugh almost 20 yrs later.

A fond memory is one that sums up what it means to be a rangers fan.

My friend and i were on Copland Rd trying to buy tickets off anyone selling them. Think it must have been 1990, Aberdeen game. We saw a guy selling 2. As 15 yr olds we never had any spare cash over and above. While we were handing over the cash to the seller this guy said he would give him double for the tickets. Our hearts sank but the seller tore strips off the guy, told him he was a disgrace and he should never do that to fellow rangers fans. Legend whoever he was.

That's my tuppence worth in terms of memories. Following the team over a number of years, you gather a lot of great memories but also some scar tissue but we won't go into that!

Keep up the good work ed and the regular posters. .

Athole that reminds me Scotland game in wales night jock stein passed away.
One of our group did not have a ticket, so getting one from tout who had a handful.
Next appears this cop, takes his tickets off him hand handed them out to Scotland fans.
Tout gives cop severe verbal, to be told shut up, beat it or go to jail.
Excellent policing.

Rangers v Celtic … am sure you all will remember Andy Gorman taking a kick out and it bounces off the back of dicanios head back into his arms… do canio was livid … ran to goram then sheepishly skulked away … goram kick out again and it hit do canio again … priceless… the whole stadium was in an uproar … even the away support.

Remember that incident well Mols. Laughed the rest of the match and all the way home. Funniest thing I've ever seen at a match.

Me too seeker, remember that and it always makes me smile just thinking about it.
It's on YouTube and I watch it every so often.
I was in East enclosure that day and the bears were going wild at it.
Poor Di canio didn't see the funny side though🤣🤣🤣

Big Albertz knocking out Lambert’s teeth at Ibrox and the away win at parkhead when one of them fell off the upper tier spring to mind.

My dog trying to take a bite out of Big Ecks in the street. Following him for an autograph and chat and Got told off for no lead lol.

Then served him at petrol station up the road. Great guy and had time for all. Was great having a Rangers Manager live round the corner.
