Rangers calling SPFL, SFA and Cinch liars.
"Cinch approached Rangers to discuss commercial opportunities in early 2021.
"Rangers provided information on what opportunities might become available. This is common practice for our commercial team.
"At no point did cinch offer any terms to Rangers. Contrary to the SPFL's claims, no "negotiations" took place. "
Well done Rangers for putting them in their place.

Seems legitimate to me MPH just ashame others are unwilling to back the club over the SPFL at least until evidence from either side is produced? But out of the SPFL and the club, I know which one I'm backing.

May I also add contrary to someone's belief on here no evidence that a sponsorship deal between us and cinch was presented to the Lord chief justice.

I believe the "redacted" document refers to Parks dealings with Rangers?

Guys if I am correct the Daily Rebel article claimed the Lawyer acting for the SFA stated that Rangers had held discussions with Cinch re naming rights of stadium.
Rangers have rejected this claim, no apology from Daily Rebel or others for spreading the story. Again it’s another opportunity for them to try and discredit our club with false information.
Also if I’m reading things rightly the SFA have applied for the right to appeal against Parks winning a interdict injunction re the dispute . It smacks of scare mongering amongst the media outlets, if they can’t report on facts especially when it’s a legal matter in court then heaven help us. For me it shows how anti Rangers they are.
