It is obvious to me by the way these players are playing that a few them off thought they where going get a move in summer this never happend for what ever reasons and I think we are now seeing poor performances from the players due to this.
They have got take a long hard look at them selves they will not get a move by playing poor they should be bursting a gut to perform well so they get a move
But gerrard has got take some responsibility as well he needs stop swaping cb and goalkeepers for games we need a settled team again to start performing well and also maybe look at changing formations to get the rite results.
The recruitment from our club has also been really poor gerrard said we where wanting to improve the first team have we done that recently I would say no.
I personally would look at selling the players that are wanting to leave in January even if we have to lower some of the fees we are wanting for them.
The team needs freshened up and some players want to leave so it makes sense
I just hope recruitment is a lot better going forward.

Dont think he said not trying. players tend to drop performance levels, often subconscieously when they don't get they're way, or feel they deserve more money, or believe they were lied to or just don't want to be here for whatever reason. its a mental thing,

its happened since god was a young bluenose.

TT, I fully agree with you, probably Goldson, Barisic and Alfie should have been sold in the Summer, but here's the point, did anyone put in a bid, I don't know, John25, can you tell us if there was any concrete offers for the above 3 players, I think Roma were looking At Barisic, that's all I heard. The one thing I do know is they will quickly find as others have done before them, that the grass is not always greener elsewhere, however, we're top of the league, and we haven't kicked a ball so far.

I’m only aware off a 5 million bid for Barisic
Also story goes if Goldston never signed extension West Ham will pay him a one million signing on fee at end off this season.

Can you blame the guy . That’s life changing and will set him up for the rest of his life. I think people are way over reacting.
We played excellent first half yesterday but ran out of steam . Gained a valuable point considering the tough game against Lyon .
Have a little faith I say . Get behind the team . A lot of positives yesterday for me.

Molsgoals I definitely don’t blame Goldston. Would have been nice to get a fee, but we do the same. Sign players who run down contract.

Thanks forb the info John, Goldson would be daft to turn down a deal which gives him a personal £1 Million. What we need to do then, is offer them the deal at the start of the season prior to the last one, and if they stall, sell them, and get a replacement in early, just a thought guys.
