Video of Joe Aribo spitting on a player lying on the ground last night has came out. Massive ban coming his way and well deserved. Spitting on someone is the most horrible thing anybody can do to anyone.

I'm not convinced this is true. Seems to be a lot of people (not rangers fans) accusing him of it. The word "appears to" does not mean he has. Camera angles don't always give a true picture. Did the opposition player accuse him? Did any of the opposition accuse him?

Some of these players were not sold in the summer because of the performance levels last year, look like different players this season, in hindsight some should have been sold, and players like joey veerman brought in.

I’m not sure all is as seems here, may be wrong but the ‘incident’ happened at the point after the tackle that Aribo got booked for, the BT cameras showed him walking past the player and ‘spitting’ towards the ground, but you couldn’t see the player in the picture itself (if you know what I mean) I have a feeling he was just passing by the player and happened to spit on the ground and maybe folk are putting 2 and 2 together and saying he spat on the player. I may be totally wrong but from what I saw (if this is indeed the incident that’s being referred to) even the look in his face at the time was of a player just casually getting rid of phlegm in their mouth and not someone ‘aggressively spitting at or on someone’. (I know people will ask, how can you tell that, but I’m sure you understand what I mean, ie player spitting on ground verses Frank Rikaard spitting on Rudi Voller! ) As I say I may be totally wrong but hopefully this is all it is.

Exactly Ger1978! When have you even known Joe Aribo of being a dirty player? Never! Once again we have some ready to condem one of our own without any concrete evidence. There isn't even any of the opposition accusing him.

Saw aribo spitting but the angle makes him look guilty. Nothing in it. anyone see Tav Talkin to Kent and Morelos at about 20 mins in Lyons half beside the sideline and Morelos slapping tavs hand away when Tav was explaining something, then totally ignoring what Kent was saying to him? Didn't look like a well taken suggestion. Have a look back at the match and you'll see what I'm sayin.

Saw it happen during game last night. Guy was on the deck aribo was already passed him by the time he spit. Wasnt anywhere near the guy.
