Question for john others may be able to give input?

You watch a lot of the B team play u say. Out of all the players uv seen currently playing in the B team who do you think has the most potential of making the step up to the first team? Its possible we may need another forward with itten leaving and not being replaced. Tht only leaves us with alfie, roofe, defoe and sakala. Although i can't see defoe getting many minutes as he is getting on and will be more focussed on his coaching role. Roofe has a history of missing games through injury. So if roofe gets injured we only have sakala and el buff who can give us a full 90 mins. Do you think their is plans to add a striker from the B team given this situation? Alegria perhaps? Be too soon to say on him b team wise, but he sure looks a player👌💙

Good question!

I assume the club's plans are for B team players to go out on loan next year and be tested at a higher level? With maybe the exception of Alegria?

From the current group on loan, is there any folk think have a realistic chance of making it into the 1st team squad next year? Maxwell for instance?

Algeria- to soon? Not at all. Just look at Rooney, played and scored on his debut for Everton at 16. If he's good enough, play him.

BIGIKS if u read my comment mate i never said it was too soon to move him up, i was asking john about opinions on b team players n said to early to to make judgement on alegrias performances in the b team as he has only play half an hour he scored 2 goals but tht was my point. I wanted alegria signed along time ago when i first heard we were interested and researched him. I actually thought he was coming to us as a first team player. My post was basically subconsciously saying we should have alegria in first team. Without actually saying it. If u see after i wrote the bit u misinterpreted i put the question Alegria perhaps? Meaning i would john, what's your opinion. He was of same opinion👌💙.

Very hard to tell with the lowland league been extremely poor level. Basically junior football.

How many times you watch them.
I’ve watched players for 62 years, been very lucky to see my son play at a high level, have two grandsons playing for epl championship teams, one was part of England under 17 and 18.
We have 16 year olds dictating games against 25 year olds that is invaluable experience,

Yeah played decent level myself mate. Only 35. Few of my mates are pro footballers one of which plays EPL. Massive step up from playing lowland league/ junior level to playing even league 1. Just my opinion. Hard to judge playing v who there playing.

I worry about roofe getting injured as we don't have any other prolific strikers. Hopefully he stays fit, I think roofe will be very important this year. 👍.

Wrong again coldo 😂😂😂19 goals in 37 games for roofe. Alfredo who you love to hate isn't doing badly either. 97 goals in 180 games.
