Well we are through to the group stages of the Europa League, job done. It was difficult with the C.V. disruption and the blistering heat and a poor pitch, but the boys did it. Morelos can't possibly miss chances like that again. Well done too McCrorie and Patterson. Reading about the Celtic match, they were so lucky to go through. AZ could have scored 5 or 6. If we play the high-pressing game on Sunday we'll win. We must play Roofe as he will score against them. Win on Sunday then we are back on track. Their defence is there for the taking.

Actually, I didn't think the pitch was too bad either sweep from what I saw, but only going by reports by others what the pitch was like.

Sweep is right, the pitch was not to blame, and remember they were down to ten men! As for Morelos he has missed loads of sitters before and has only scored once against Celtic. We must play Roofe up front we cannot afford to play Morelos in that form he was awful, and does not deserve to keep his place. Celtic were lucky, but they were playing a much better side than us, and they play at a much higher tempo, so we need to get our act together fast. let's not forget we were also awful against Dundee Unt, and they played the fast pressing game same as Celtic. We have been rubbish so far this season, but let's hope we are fired up on Sunday and play the way can. I cannot understand players on huge salaries not performing.

Sorry, there was nothing wrong with the pitch however, we had few other things going against us. Dealing with a cv outbreak, travelling time and the heat were all factors. Excuses they may be, but they're relevant. The main thing is we're through regardless of how poor the game was. Well, it is for me.
Oh, and I'm away to stick £50 on a Morelos double, and a Rangers victory on Sunday. I'm not a betting man, but I am on this occasion.
