I see that the reserves are going to be playing their games in Dumbartons stadium a ground that I know well and was thrown out by the police the last time I was there. Me and my mate were out boozing all day and he's got Dumbarton on his coupon and we decided to go to the game as it was a Wed night. We get to the ground and 2 police go in the front door and we follow them in and tell the guy at the door we're CID and he let's us in. We head up the stair into the stand in the directors box. Half time all the guys around us head down to the room for the complimentary food n drink. I think when in Rome so I head down and grab a couple of pies and a director asks me who I'm in with and I say the Bank of Scotland he tells me I'm a liar and tells me to go back up the stair and get my mate and get out. Fair enough were caught hands up. On the way out the 2 cops we followed in escort us to the front door and the police man was being serious threatening us with going to the cells and as we were half pissed we were just laughing at him and the other officer was a woman and she was laughing with us when we told them our story. So we missed the 2nd half and went to the pub again but I managed to keep the 2 pies and we ate them walking up to the pub. Happy days 😂 2 free pies and about 30 mins of watching Dumbarton play East Stirling.
