For anyone who gets confused how Scotland can qualify simply put Scotland must beat Croatia by two goals or more because the Switzerland result anything less than 2-0 will not get Scotland through the group guys.

Not too many passionate Scotland supporters on here today. Blueblood, how can you say something like the Tartan Army can 'go rot in hell' and Clarky80 usually doesn't 'give a toss' about the national team? Who are you people? Scots? Surely if you are a Scot born and bred you should support your national team with a passion. Yes, I love Rangers as my club but always want to see Scotland win. Maybe its because we don't have Rangers players in the national squad right now.

Unfortunately Doiger there seems to be a selection of Rangers fans (I’m guessing mainly younger ones) who buy totally into this, we are Unionist / Loyalist that therefore means we have to hate everything Scottish (you know, the place that they live) They detest how Celtic fans go on about Ireland, call them plastic Irish and hate how they make everything political yet don’t see the irony in the fact that they do exactly the same. I don’t like the SNP, would never vote for them, I have no particular like for the SFA (I think them completely incompetent rather than inherently biased though) However I always have and always will support Scotland, the football team. I only care about the game, I don’t want to bring politics or any of that nonsense into it. And yes you will have ‘tartan army’ fans who hate Rangers, but then you also have tartan army fans who hate Celtic (and probably any other team other than theirs. we just happen to be the biggest team! ) You can’t just turn against your country because of individuals who’ll always just be numpties though, just ignore the haters.

Go study the groups. i think a minimum of 2 teams will be on 3 points so 4 points should be enough to qaulify in 3rd place.

Totaly agree ger1978.people say there not gona support Scotland because the SNP that's got absoloutly nothing to do with football or the sfa because we went into 3rd division. fact is SFA could have put us into the lowest tier of Scottish football. heres a question to the so called loyalist. go watch a game from the 80s when Scotland had a descent team. how many union Jack's were flown at ibrox. none or the odd 1.I don't like the SFA as couldn't run a bath, I don't like Celtic players, nor do I like Dundee United but I do support Scotland and whoever pulls on that Jersey and plays for Scotland then I support them for that 90 mins. why cause I'm born and bred here and proud to be Scottish. I always knew a section of our own support were proper knuckle daggers but just never knew how many. as for the SNP there a political party. that get voted into to lead the country by majority. if you hate them so much there's options to leave Scotland. it's called democracy for a reason wether we, you like it or not. Scottish people wanting Scotland to lose are proper traitors in my eyes and it's the exact people like this is what's wrong with our country and make it the way it is today.

Well said Ger1978 and Davie Douglas. Yes, for the 90 minutes that say Christie or McGregor play for Scotland then I support them as they are Scottish and playing for my country. I was born and bred in Dundee and have been a Bear all my life, at least since I was old enough to start going to matches. I've lived in England for the last 37 years and have had to endure a lot of taunting about being a 'sweaty', which only makes me more patriotic!
