One great thing about the tournament has been the standard of the officials and the VAR operators. There's been very few dodgy decisions and the VAR has been quick and correct. What a difference to watching match of the day where the VAR seems to take ages and they still manage to make wrong decisions. It also goes to show how poor our Scottish officials are because none have been picked to officiate at the tournament. I've never been a fan of VAR but when you see it used properly then it's changed my mind. Lots of quick correct decisions allowing the games to keep flowing has been a breath of fresh air.

Personaly football needs var in my eyes. far too many important wrong desicions being made by refs, seen by every1 else yet none of the other officials pull the ref up. the more var is used the quicker it will become I presume.

Use of var has been excellent. Was some ridiculous decisions in premier league last year but it's been spot on at the euros.

Just praising it but that's one of the worst penalty decisions I've ever saw 🙈we've absolutely jinxed it 🤣🤣.

I would have agreed prior to the Czech V Croatia game but thought the penalty decision was hideous! Never a penalty in a million years!

The Euros has shown what VAR should be like 👏🏻 I don’t watch EPL anymore because I hate it! It’s been seem less at the Euros.
