Dykes and Clarke should learn from Morelos and Gerrard on how to make your striker the focal point of the attack.
Morelos was the master at creating space for others to exploit and score goals ( Arfield ) , link up play with his fellow forwards ( Kent and Roofe ) , bully defences ( Antwerp ) and still contribute by scoring goals.

You get picked to play for your national side when you play well.
It should also work the opposite way - if you've had a poor season then you shouldn't get picked.

John I’d play Armstrong on the right sight inside 10 position and mcginn on the same on the left.
Mctominay and gilmour would have ran that game today and adams is our best striker. And O’Donnell and Patterson 🤣🤣 not in the same gam never mind league.

It is time to say thank you and goodbye to Armstrong, Christie, and McGregor. Bring in Gilmour and Turnbull. Replace O'Donnell with Patterson and find a new ST. That would be a start.
