Can you explain to me why when Celtics players were winning the league they were worth 20-30 million but now Rangers have won the league our players are going to be sold on the cheap? As for the “phantom” 16 million bid for Morelos I’d expect you as a rangers fan to know that Lille president gerard lopes confirmed that a 16 million pound bid had been made.

Brodie first, I never said their players were worth that amount I said Tims have a habit of getting top price for players! 2nd several posters on here state then we need to sell players to balance books, club's know this so won't pay inflated prices! This wasn't the case at porkheid last few seasons! 3rd the 16 million bid if true was made up of add inns and would have taken years to get actual 16 million had the add inns been met which probably wouldn't have.

Not once has the terms of the bid for Morelos been announced.
Facts are as follows:-
Lille president Gerard Lopez has confirmed the club did put in a £16m bid for Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos.
Lopez told TalkSPORT: "We have (bid £16m) . He’s a good player, otherwise we wouldn’t bid for him.
Steven Gerrard - "If there's a bid that's big enough that the board want to accept, we'll make that decision as and when it comes. At the moment we are nowhere near that. ”
It's difficult when the 4-4-2 Guru steps out of his comfort blanket zone and tries to educate us but gets it spectacularly wrong, stating an incorrect opinion and only has BlueWouldDo and ahem "Bears Den" as back up.
