Out of curiosity as Davis and Arfield age, who would folks preference be to come in and take some of their minutes this season. if they could pick from Lundstrum, Ferguson or Ali McCann? Due to how important they are, I would have liked to pick a more expensive signing the likes of Veerman to come in, but think that is only realistic if Kamara has a good showing at the Euros and gets a big money move away as we will need to turn a profit on players in the next couple of seasons due to how much we have been losing over the past years on signings.

McCann would be the pick of the 3 for me. Also as both McGregor and McLaughlin get on and I don't totally trust Robbie McCrorie to take over (hopefully he can prove me wrong), I would like to see us make a move for the boy Bodart from Standard Liege, thought he looked impressive against us (although admittedly I haven't watched much of him other than that) . Finally, I hope Doig isn't sold before the euros, if Borna performs well at it and gets a big money move elsewhere then I think he would be good investment. Might not have the quality of Borna right now but I think he will be a big talent in the future and isn't afraid to get forward.

jv95, there will be NO expensive signings coming in, it has been made clear by Dave king we need to SELL this season.
Freedom of contract and a loan or 2 more likely UNLESS we get silly 20mill plus for one our players.

McCann looks a good option and I still believe that both him and Ferguson would develop into top class players under the guidance of Gerrard and his Coaching Team. Not sure about Lundstrom, seemed to blow hot and cold at Sheffield.
