From Rangers to the Fans🔴⚪🔵
The journey.
10 long, arduous years of low points nobody could ever have imagined. 10 years of crawling, walking and then running our way back to where we should be.
Constantly being the butt of jokes. Enduring a crash course in football finances. Suffering endless, sleepless nights worrying if there would even be a Rangers when you woke up.
To the Third Division. To League One. To the Championship. To the Championship again. To the Premiership. To the Europa League. Navigating hurdles, taking one step forward followed by one step back.
McCoist. McDowall. McCall. Warburton. Murty. Caixinha. Murty again. Nicholl and Johansson. Gerrard.
Courtrooms, boardrooms and bedrooms for Zoom. Hedges in Brechin, bushes in Luxembourg, gazebos in Govan.
Change after change in the dugout, on the pitch and in the boardroom. Goals to remember and defeats to forget.
But the one constant - you.
From the 10,000 who marched on Hampden to the 3500 or-so in Brechin on that first day of a new and very different era. From 30,000 away to Queens' Park and the 50,000 on the final day at home to Berwick to break our own World Record for a fourth-tier football match.
The 17,000 who trudged back from Easter Road following Ramsdens' Cup Final defeat. The 47,000 who finally toasted victory in that tournament at the National Stadium.
7,000 in Leipzig for a January friendly. 10,000 in Vienna for a Europa League decider.
Standing in the snow at Somerset, the freezing cold at Falkirk, the sunshine at Stranraer and then sitting in the warmth of your own living room.
Singing, roaring, encouraging, cheering, screaming. Tears of joy, tears of devastation. Hugging the stranger next to you at the game and cuddling your kids beside you on the sofa.
Telling the world the Rangers hadn't gone away. Keeping the hope alive when all seemed lost.
That there still is a Rangers is because of you. No other club in the world could have risen to from absolute rock bottom to now so quickly, and still be on the rise.
55 is here. But this isn't the end of the journey:-
This is Rangers, and Rangers never stands still. The chase for 56, however long that takes, begins now. The planning to try and qualify for the Champions League also kicks off in earnest.
It's been a season like no other. You've been sat in the house while the bears have roared on.
Goal after goal, performance after performance, victory after victory. This is the relentless Rangers we've all longed for.
Your support has been missed, and we cannot wait to have you back at Ibrox as soon as it's allowed.
Right now, this one is for you.
For the Rangers are the Champions.

Brilliant post that. Have been a Gers fan since the early 60's, having had to watch more from afar in the Midlands, than getting to ibrox regularly, but after finally getting back to where we are now brought many tears in my eyes. A pensioner now, but I hope to get back up there at some time next season. It never stops, Follow Follow!

Chunky - can't take the credit.
It's from the Rangers Media team. Who are producing some outstanding PR content just now.
Along with fan media content ( 4lads, H and H etc ) there is some really good reads, podcasts out their without resorting to MSSM and their bias agenda.
