Here's a thought guys, would a player like nemanja matic be a viable option for us. Could we offer a 2 year deal on say £25/ 30k a week. He would shore up the midfield letting Kamara amd davis dictate play either side of him. I'm not forgetting Jack but he can't be relied upon and he possibly needs replaced now and he can become a squad player. We need to be honest about that now re his injuries.

Is he available on a free? He's still a quality player that could play at a higher level than scotland to be fair. But I'd take him👍.

Not suggesting he will but that is a player I would target. Past his best but still quality coming to the end of his career probably just wants to play football. If we can offer him champ league a decent wage and trophies why would he say no? He can’t even get on the bench at Utd never mind a game.

My opinion for what it's worth, is that from what I've seen this season he's a bit reckless in the tackle, and would probably be suspended more than he played up here, as I say, just my opinion.

And he’s getting past his best he won’t get anywhere near £100k a week anymore, and I doubt he’s on that anyway more like £80k wages for down as ages go up.
Blue roon absolutely not writing Jack of brother he’s one of my favourite players but we need to be realistic here, can we afford to lose him 2 days after the transfer window shuts for the season? That’s a long time without him in the team and if not adequately replaced we would probably lose a shi* load a games so yes I want him back but I don’t hold my breath mate. All about pros and cons mate.

Haven't been on much in a few weeks due to the constant nature of the replies some people get to their posts. So much anger aimed at fellow supporters of the same club we all support and love and people made out to be stupid because they don't have the same view or opinion as another.
