Just seen the man u Liverpool game postponed why are these fans causing it the now because of the super league situation they have been receiving huge amounts of money for years down there from sky and gaining advantages over teams in other leagues they never cared when clubs like Bury went under due to money problems and they are offering guys like pogba 400 grand a week now they are on there high horse over the owners in my opinion they have a cheek to now try take the moral high ground English clubs have caused the inflation of players prices and wages now all of a sudden they get called out over the super league and they protest and cause a game to get postponed embarrassing.

Did you hear Gary Neville? He was live on sky sports acting like a catalyst. A don’t care and why should you. It’s all about Glasgow rangers. Should have brought a dvd out today and we took the foot off the gas. Yea could have been a high scoring encounter, But more for us undoubtedly 👍🔴⚪️💙. That’s without Scott Wright getting a touch. 😂.

The 12.pipe down eh. I agree with the fans as only way they can get the owners out. little bit agree tho that they have caused this paying hugh high prices for players but this is also sky's faults for offering so much for purchasing the league rights and for fans demanding expecting players at s high inflated price. personal think the whole of English football has caused this. if sky pulled out of English football now I reckon 95% teams would be bankrupt.

When Clubs are paying £400,000 a week to players you are on a slippery slope. There is nothing for the Lower League teams. Every Club in England is in Debt.

{Ed001's Note - that's not true, not every club is in debt at all.}

The 12th we can have an opinion on other football teams can we not and a care because teams down south inflate the prices and think they can come up here and take guys like kamara and morelos for knock down prices or overprice players we might want I watched the game like I have every week but this effects teams like rangers more than you think.

Agreed DD funny thing is it is all the top clubs in the premiership downwards tht would go bust. No billionaire owner is going to happily fund a club with their own tax avoided cash. They basically aquire clubs because of their credit rating like us going for a contract phn 😂 like us getting a credit check . Then buy players with money they haven't got like us buying stuff with credit cards. Tv money sponsors and merchandise is funding basically all big teams not the owners. Owners are just waiting on share prices rocketting n pocketing the profit, bet they never seen this coming. Absolute laughable but i blame sky. I had this exact same discussion with my father last night n said if sky pull the plug or slash the deal offered next time we will see the collapse of english football. Not sure if sky will be effected due to the C.V., everyones bn in their house watching tv so am sure they are one of few companies tht probably made a bigger profit margin during these times. Could be wrong though. I blame sky. If Money spent on players n wages was invested in building world class facilities n training grounds and local communities of the fans then they would have best facilities world wide with streets paved with marble. can't believe clubs charge fans more money to attend games either when they are receiving all this money. They should subsidise the fans and sell tickets £20 max what's the need for pricing loyal fans out of ticket prices when recieving all this cash. Absolute greed and they deserve all they get. The owners tht is.

Ed too a point I agree but to a point I disagree. we all know the majority of English clubs have inflated prices in the transfer market. for sub standard players. if there's any1 fault for this personaly I'd say its English. yes there's 2 0r 3 in Spain, Italy etc etc etc the fact tho you go down to championship and a selected few in league 1 and the prices there asking for players is crazy. why. not because there worth that but majority being they know English teams may have money to burn so they charge high amounts for sub standard players. gaurentee English football will collapse 1 day with players outgoings than income. its only a matter of time.

Some clubs are run very well and their fans criticise for not spending 100’s of millions in a transfer window. Players should be millionaires but not on £400k a week! And some of them earning loss are bang average! It’s what sky pay though and is mugs that subscribe to sky.

And 400k attracts a helluva lot of tax to pay, most people forget or don’t know that.

Btw, these taxes go to pay the country’s roads, bin collection, hospitals etc

Players don’t walk home with anything like 400k

Unless they manage to get a Arab billionaire to agree to pay they’re taxes,

{Ed001's Note - no 'Arab billionaire' pays a player's taxes. In Spain and Italy their salary is based on what they receive after tax, but that is as close as it comes to what you are insinuating.}

Have I not read anything about certain players being offered deals where they’re tax would be paid by the owner, I’m sure I have Ed

But maybe I’m mistaken,

I don’t think “ insinuating “ is right, I wasn’t accusing anyone.

{Ed001's Note - yes you were, you were clearly accusing 'Arab billionaires' of a tax fiddle. As I said, it is standard practice in some countries for players to be given a salary based on what they receive after tax. Then it is up to the club to cover any changes in tax rate. Nothing to do with 'Arab billionaires'. The closest I have heard to what you are suggesting is some owners have in the past covered players' wages, or a part thereof, when they would otherwise be outside the club's budget. They certainly would not be paying the tax.}

The 12th a had my opinion on here and you had a go saying you don't care so why should I about it bit of a double standard there.

No I wasn’t Ed, , and I said “ Arab billionaires, because I was talking about Arab billionaires,

I find it difficult to know how you can have a salary based on what you receive after tax, m I might be wrong of course,

I still wasn’t insinuating, I was saying.

{Ed001's Note - give it a rest Tom, you were promoting the spread of ignorance. If you don't understand, why keep arguing? Just go and do some research and learn something for once, instead of sitting there arguing out of pure ignorance. If it is that difficult for you to understand, perhaps refrain from telling someone who does understand it that they are wrong? It is not happening you are talking nonsense, so just stop.}
