Foden not even close to gazza. Gazza was one of those players that even if your team, where playing poor, he could single handed win you the game.
There has been a few fodens like players over the years in the prem league, like Giggs and Hazzard ect and not one of them could lay a glove on gazza.

The guy is extremely talented and at only 20 yrs old, has the world at his feet. As good as Gazza? no not yet but for anyone to say he never will be is blind. He may well be in years to come.

Foden is a terrific young player but gascoigne and geordie best were special players with a god given talent👌I won't be wrong here when i state he won't ever be as good as the geordie genius, as these very special footballers only come around once in a lifetime 👌🇬🇧.

You csnt say that tho, you are talking about a boy of 20.if he keeps developing the way he's going there's every chance he could be. not having as much natural ability doesn't mean he csnt be a better player. Foden can play as an 8, a 10, left or right and the false 9 equally as well. Think at 20 he is on his way to the very top, he avoids injury the kid could be anything he wants.

Gazza could have been so much better as well if his head was right.

If his head was right he would never have been at rangers IMO either.

Also he seems to get a free pass on wife beating also.

I've pulled that up before on here as well kj when folk were wanting Patterson etc out of rangers, I posted the same about gazza. Someone actually posted, " but gazza had mental health problems" 🙈 as if that would stop him knowing it's wrong to beat his wife 🤷‍♂️.

People have been cleared of murder due to mental health, just saying, I hate to be involved in anything you are but mental health is a massive issue, , before you see my name and pounce I’m not condoning Gazza in any way, nor do I know the full story, because I wasn’t there, but a person who has real problems can be driven very quickly to react badly, he suffered great, y for his actions

One thing I will say, after watching the documentary of the time, I did not like Gaza’s son one little bit and he seemed to me like he thought he was above his father, he may be different now of course.

Gazza was exceptional there’s no question as I said my fav Gers player but he done himself out of some of the biggest years of his career, I genuinely think Foden may end up the best of his Generation! Especially out of the midfielders he’s doing it at the VERY VERY top at 20! Pep Said he’s the most talented footballer he’s ever seen! Remember who he’s coached SGL 😂.

Dont know why you always have wee digs like I'm against you. you disagree with other people's posts constantly 🤷‍♂️ Mental health issues never got anybody cleared of murder, or everybody would claim mental health issues. Clinically insane or unfit to stand trial, even then you still don't get "let off" you are still locked up, only in a mental institution instead of prison 👍 gazza was plenty mentally there to know beating his wife to a pulp was wrong 👍.
