Great piece of work getting Scott Wright in SG will raise his game big time in the same way as Ryan Jack I would also love us to sign Ali McCann to take over from Davis another cracking young player in the Davis mould.

Kerman I said we should sign McCann over a year ago when we were watching him but was shot down. Very good player imo.

Wright is quick and skilful if a bit lightweight and injury prone. Improvement on Stewart.

Weights another barker. Don’t think he’ll do anything and will eventually move on for free same as hastie last summer. Came in did nothing and will leave. Ali McCann I haven’t seen anything much of but we need better than him to replace davo when he does pack it in. Davis going to be the highest capped player in brithis football history at the next round of internationals. McCanns never played for his country, add in champions league and premier league experience and there not in the same game. He may well be a good player but not to replace Davis.

At 20 worth a punt, McCann has played last two games for NI and is seen as their replacement, plays regularly in spfl.
As for champions league experience I can only think of two at rangers. I’m not counting Defoe as he does not get in our European squad.

Absolutely not saying don’t sign him, I’m just saying not to replace Davis it will take more imagination money and class than Ali McCann but he very well could come in and offer something. But not as our main man in midfield.

Imo in top three best young midfield players in Scotland. He will play in epl.
