Hi guys wanted to ask if anyone had a hood or strange encounter with a rangers player/ coach. I'll start, I was flying to Faro one year and recognised a certain super Ally on the same plane. Then I was going back to Faro the next year and not only saw Ally before we took off but also walked by Big Eck.

I sat beside Michael Mols on my stag flight to Amsterdam. All 11 of my companions behaved and I was blown away.

I remember bumping into the great Davie Cooper while delivering beer to di maggios restaurant in Hamilton.
He was outside chatting to someone when we pulled up.
It was around 1992 and he must have been at Motherwell as he was with Luc Niholt and Luc was driving a wee Peugeot that was in Motherwell team colours with the Motherwell Crest on it.
I was chuffed to bits but to be honest Coops wasnt too pleased that I asked for autograph.
Must have had a bad day at the bookies. 💙
I was 16 at the time 🤣🤣.

I had 2, one was on a flight to Birmingham where Eck was sitting next to me, he had left rangers at that point and I asked who his best signing was, he said Boyd without a doubt, had everything and could finish with both feet and a great header of the ball. “If only he had a burst of pace “ he said. He laughed when I replied if he had a burst of pace you wouldn’t have signed him from killie for 400k! Best bit was when he told me on European nights he used to drive slowly past Ibrox with the windows down listening to the fans inside the stadium.
Other one was when I was the lounge at Barbados airport 6 yrs ago, was a total gentleman!

Cooper u remind me of being in Villarreal with goram and roberts. We were sat in Spanish end, and this Spanish lad was beating a big drum constantly. Roberts takes the drumstick and launched it into next week.
Que some very unhappy locals, and it’s getting feisty between roberts and the drummer
Subddenly about twenty lads wearing east Belfast rangers supporters club polo shirts joined in.
Fortunately drummer saw errors of his ways.
Roberts says to Belfast boys I’d have managed myself but thanks anyway.

We got knocked out that night. Honestly when Belfast boys joined in I was worried I’d be in jail great boys so they were.

Bluebell Andy, I too used to deliver beer, I'd meet a few of the players in hardies bar hamilton, can back you up and say cooper although one of my heroes, was never good at talking, ally mcoist even apologised to me for him.
