A strong commanding defender that will put goldson on his toes. He's been gerrards no1 since he's came. And even after faults he still plays him.

We brought in 2 STs I thi k it's time we take money spend it where its needed and stop that 10IAR chant.

Don't think Dykes or players in the spfl are our answer. I think players from German, Spain, Italy might be where we could find that we gem.

Apparently that twitter page stating the club had rejected the £16.75 million was a fake account set up by a Celtic fan. Don't think Lille have came back with any offer other that they're original bid which was reported to be around the £6 million mark. I don't think the club will get the £20 million they're holding out for.

Good points Fifaguy, I am heartedly sick of this situation with Morelos, if true, and nobody knows for certain that we received an offer, £16.75 Million is a good return on a player whose agent has ruined.

As regards Dykes, I think Nisbitt totally outshone him yesterday, he was never good enough for us, but, young Nisbitt was a player who would have prospered with us.

If Alfie is played today and fails again, the Board have to sit down with our Manager and lay a few things on the line, not the sack, he has brought us a lot pride back in Europe, I agree with Fifaguy, that Lille will move on now.

I don’t believe I’m hearing this Tav to Midfield nonsense again. He is not a midfield player he does not have the requisite skills. People seem to think that because he is a liability (at times) as a defender he would automatically make a decent midfielder, sorry I’m not buying that. Also I thought we had just bought Balogun as a backup CB along with Bertie Bassett 😉.

Equal best defence in the league last season says that we don't have an problem in defence.

Not enough chances created, not enough goals = we lost the league.

Same in Europe, other than last round we had a solid defence.

Tav is a horrific defender dk, face facts. Constant ballwatcher, costs us countless goals, teams have him pegged as the weak link every game we plsy.
