How could it be the Mickey Mouse league when Rangers were paying one of the highest wage bills in Britain.
The problem Celtic had was:- A Rangers player on £20k a week was walking home with £18k because the majority was not getting taxed.
A Celtic Player on £20k a week was walking home with £12k a week.

Celtic also used EBT's. I remember the SPL investigating them because Juniniho had one. Further Celtic emoloyees to have used EBT's whilst at the club; Lawell, O'Neil, Lennon, Caldwell, Sylla, Peta, Sutton, Hartson, Varga, Thomson, Mjallby. all organised through the same financial advisor. Only difference was Rangers put it in the contract whereas Celtic advised the players when signing that they could set one up through their advisor. I think the main reason players signed was because we are a far superior club not the money, stay safe!
