Cause and effect points for opinions;
Effect 1 multiple first team players "off-form" at the same time?
Cause - Unknown? Is it fitness levels? Mental fortitude? or is it as been suggested ego conflict? or is it team structure and fluency disrupted by key injuries at same time? which leads to
Effect 2 first team strength in depth lacking at key time in season?
Cause - Poor player transfer selection resources? Rookie manager? Poor recruitment senior management?

We are all a bit bewildered WTF has happened to our team since the break. Trust me when yer dad gets diagnosed with 2 terminal illnesses in as many weeks kinda puts stuff in a different prospective.

100% Bankie Although everyone has a right to there opinion . Any pro footballer will tell you the negativity dosnt help but in fact dies the opposite. and it’s not what a football team supporter us all about .
As I said on another stream . imagine we were Man City . 15 points or whatever behind Liverpool.

The negatives on Gerr would want the manager lunched and the board sacked . unbelievable.

What Mince. Being a supporter comes with negatives and positives it’s called having a passion for your team. It means I care and want to know why things are going wrong. Pro footballers get payed a packet for little “work” and should be grown up enough to take it on the chin from a peed off supporter. Give me strength .

Correct Mols&Bankie, I find it hard to come on the site now and listen to nonsense about our Boss! He will come good! We have people even coming on who think Halliday is the answer? Our club has moved on so much in the last 18 months and I don’t believe anyone would have done a better job than Steven! 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

Yately totally 100 percent agree . said it myself barasic kent etc wouldn't be here without gerrard. He may not have years as a manager behind him but 1st half of season every rangers fan on the planet were praising him now because we haven't blown teams away . even though we've won 50% of games so far since coming back its all of a sudden stevie gs no the answer. a dip in form doesn't mean anything. let's just take 1 game at a time starting with this lot tonight.

Why don't we let SG get on with his job, if he fails, it's his neck on the line. One thing I will say, is that, if we don't get 3 points tonight, and Celtic win, our league challenge will be over, we need a confidence boost, and we just need to settle down and believe in our ability again, nothing takes pressure off like winning. We need to forget about Celtic, it's not our performances against them that will derail us, it's our performances against the teams below us, so come on Gers, let's get that swagger back tonight and take it from there.
