Can anyone tell me if we don't sign big laff b4 hearts play their league cup game will that mean he is cup tied for the remainder of the league cup if and when we sign him.

Think he'd be cup tied neway as they already played in the groups of league cup.

He's cup tied anyway as hearts played in the early rounds and I'm sure he will have played.
