I think left back is actually Andy hallidays best position, not saying he's better than Flanagan or beresic but he's honest and IMO better than hodson so can we just get behind him and stop the sniping.

I am not his biggest fan but as long as he gets a little bit of help and manages to cut out crosses he should do ok, I feel we can't be too defensive as that just invites pressure, get the 1st goal and keep it tight, it's certainly a dodgy one.

Halliday is woeful and is never a left back. Can’t believe he is still around the first team squad and it’s worrying that he may play at left back on Thursday. Seems a few supporters have short memories and have forgotten about his diabolical displays last season especially against Celtic.

Arthur your right he is not a LB, what other option have we got, if you start messing about with formations and totally change the set up then your setting yourself up for a fall, I would rather he keeps everything the same, whether anyone likes it or not Halliday is playing LB and we will have a very good chance of getting a result.
