I think we are beyond giving people a 'try'

We need tried and tested people in, not someone whos liable to pump kenny millers bird

I think we really have to make the right decision now that Celtic are disappearing over the horizon. To me, it has to be someone tried and tested already. I know in the past I mentioned Cathro, maybe if he had been given the job when we were in the 2nd Div, where you could and should take risks, although he was probably still at school then.
