Agree totally with the above, and if money does become available are we going to buy slightly better players who will still be played in a poor formation, out of position with no coaching or instruction from the sideline.
Keeper is a bomb scare every time ball comes near him.
Tav has the attention span of a midge and cost us dearly.
Team looks like it has no confidence.

I totally agree, The Formation and Tactics (or lack thereof) are the issue

I don't think the keeper is the worst we've had by a long shot, but this formation puts him under sever pressure every single game, and other teams are wise to it, Look at Gilks against Celtic. Its clear that the players are being told not to deviate from the plan regardless of how many mistakes are made.

Was is Einstein, was it Twain, Was it Franklin who said "The Definition of Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"

It certainly wasn't Warburton.
