Living in the south of England this was a rare chance to watch Rangers today. Just switched off after Aberdeen's winner. Here's my assessment:
FODERINGHAM did OK
TAVERNIER Great first half, faded
WALLACE Great first half, faded though won penalty. Only half the player of last season
WILSON did OK but still unconvincing
HILL no pace
HOLT good first half but faded
HALLIDAY my Rangers man of the match
FORRESTER useless
GARNER useless
WAGHORN useless
MACKAY great skill but kept giving the ball away
MILLER should have started the game
KRANJCAR ditto

This is going to be a long, hard season. We're languishing way behind already with only two league wins. Only hope will be the cups but Warburton must come under pressure by Xmas if the situation doesn't improve and King must get his cheque book out in January. Having said all that, we had more possession and should have won. Garner and Waghorn are pretty woeful as strikers. Rant over.

Sorry but Warburton wonldn't or rather shouldn't get that long need to finish in the top 3this season and if were still in bottom 6 come beginning of November if we are MW sould get the push.

garner useless? he barely got a chance holt and forrester created nothing. if we were going to score it would have been from garner he is the only one attacking who wanted the ball.

If Warburton goes, who takes over, Billy Davies, McInnes, don't make me laugh! The reason that celtic brought in Rodgers was to combat us so if we remove Warburton then we need a superior manager to Celtic. That is not going to happen with King as Chairman. The man is all mouth!
