Overheard a conversation at work today (the guy is a friend of a football agent for a Celtic player or two)that Scott Allan has been at Lennoxtown today ahead of a proposed deal. Didn't hear the ins and outs of the deal but it looks likely he will sign for them.

Just passing on what I had heard! Looks like it turned out to be true I'll try to listen in to more of his conversations in the future :P
