The sad thing is the players are doing the same things as they were at the start of the season. As far as I can see there is no coaching taking place.

Why when wide do ALL the players insist on cutting inside and tightening the park up? Why can't anyone get the ball past the first player on a regular basis - corners free kicks or open play?

I am 56. I am sure after a season of training full time I could hit just about anything with a ball. Left or right foot!

I agree. also 1 minute had passed and we start hitting 40yard diagonal balls into box for daly. so I have came to this conclusion. either ally is telling aird and smith to do this or the players are totally disregarding his tactics (lol). if aird is the best we have got then god help us. and why, why, why after getting rid of smith years ago we bring him back!

Yes Vic, there is something sadly wrong with the 'game plan'.
I am 63 and we had the privilege to watch simple effective football with Henderson and Wilson running at teams, Millar holding the line and Brand scoring for fun. With Baxter and McMillan supplying the telling passes and most importantly 95% of it on the deck. The biggest factor being they played as a unit and were proud to play for the team.
The current lot are just mercenaries with the attitude '' what's in it for me?'' and are a total disgrace to the jerseys.
