What players do yous think will be in our budget for pre contract in January I hope the days of offering big wages are over.

We need to realise that we won`t get high quality players to come here if we don`t pay what we consider to be big wages. Its early days but look at Propper, nice low wage but is he really any better than Goldson? Even free transfers expect a signing on fee which is spread throughout their contract, hence Lundstrams and Lawrences high wages. If the club aren`t prepared to do this then we must expect a lower standard of player, its that simple.

Coldo his clubs topscorer, or wasn't he? what I actually did say about Dessers was he'd score 20 goals for us, which he did, only seen him play in the conference for feyenoord which he finished the topscorer in as well and scored over 20 goals for feyenoord that season, try again man?,100% having Dessers leading the line before Shankland.

You said he was on form because he was top scorer at his club. 7 goals in 29 games is not on form. That's the point I made when stromtrooper said we won't sign Shankland because his form is poor. I said we signed Dessers when his form is poor. Which it was as 7 in 29 is poor form.

Just because he's top scorer with 7 in 29 doesn't mean he's on form. That means the team is in trouble. ?.

I'd rather have a lot better than both leading the line. But with Dessers not being good enough and Shanks being Scottish and out of contract (euro squad numbers), I think its a cert we'll offer him a deal.

Mystar obviously he was was off form mate, 7 league goals is poor, so what your saying is any top goalscorer for there club is in form? If dessers scored 10 this season finished top goalscorer, does that make him on form? No!

Boy blue, I never once said he was on form, you need to watch him regularly for pointing that out, so unless you or coldo done that the posts are really irrelevant, what I will say the only games I seen him play for feyenoord in the conference that wasn't a player lacking form.

He was off form! 7 goals in 29 games is poor form!

You never mentioned form? But then say top scorer doesn't tell you he's off form! You just argued that you never mentioned form but you've interpreted that the meaning of 'top scorer' means he's on form! Again do you have no idea of the meaning
behind the statements you make?

Interesting to see if we will sign Shankland on a pre contract but it’s anyone’s guess.
Some of the players we have signed nobody could have predicted such as Bajrami, and Cerny on loan.
Long way to go till the January transfer window.
