I'm totally behind PC however I do think he's make some big mistakes. Some of his tactics, lineups and subs have been very strange. While I agree that we need a massive rebuild and it will take time, coming out and saying it especially telling players they're not wanted and we need a few windows to be able to get them out looks like it's seriously demotivated some and looks like it's affecting the whole squad. Even Butland looks way off it. It's fine if u know you can move them on but not if your still going to rely on them. Watching Rangers has become a joyless experience now.

He has made some errors with tactics, lineups and subs.
But how much is that down to injuries? Fitness? Or not trusting players to perform when they have requested a transfer?
But going forward, he needs to step up his game along with the players at his disposal.
There is no hiding place at a club like Rangers - for anyone from the board to the players.

In order to get them out the door they need to be told the truth, they then need to engage their agent to get them a new club . They are not demotivated because of this they were poor before they got the truth, the reason we cannot move them on is simple they cannot get the wages their current contract gives them so they will simply run down the clock . Its a complete shambles and our current manager needs to be backed while he gets rid of the players, also we all complained about our injury list last year he is also trying to address this so relies on the information from his medical team before he picks the team . We are going through a real transitional period which is tough but we must do it.

PC is looking as bad as Beale his tactics are awful his starting line-ups leave nothing but bewilderment every game . very nieve with whom when and when to make a substitution.
We've won game decently since he's came here when we thumped hearts his teams constantly look all over the place and our midfielders aren't sweepers so why have them so deep to play 70 -80 yard forward passes.
The constantly ITS my ball rubbishty attitude with playing Dessers Lawrence and wright before Cantwell and Hagi beggars belief

Signing guys who are constantly unfit untried is this the way wee want to go forward. He blamed the culture before because off injured players his teams are every bit the same.
We looked scare to pass to a teammate scared to go by opposing players and won't have a shot at goal now . Soz but the Buck stops with the Manager.

As bad as Beale ? at the end of the day the guys got a shocking pool of players to choose from and while I don’t agree with certain decisions like leaving cerny on the bench, he can’t risk a guy who isn’t fully fit. He’s learned from last season the dire state the squad was in with injuries. We’ve already lost Ridvan and Cortez so what if he starts cerny and he breaks down after an hour? He’s managing the s**t squad that we currently have. Beale couldn’t have brought us close to winning a treble with that team last season and Beale would have had us hammered in Kiev.
