I have been informed that rangers next signing will be Thompson Ishaka who will join the B team next season.

Gio also wants a left back in to replace Bassy and once he has that done then it will be squad players he will look at next.

A can see helander being moved on now we have a left sided CB in Davies. Definitely need another LB.

Ideally Helander and Simpson would be moved on where possible, Katic too if Gio doesn’t want him. Therein lies the challenge as all on decent contracts. No doubting a fit Helander is a massive asset but he can’t seem to stay fit. Can’t imaging clubs queuing up for him as a result. Same applies to Roofe however any decent offer and I’d accept it. Not available enough and we need a squad of first team ready players we can rely on. I’m really positive about the season ahead given what I saw on Tuesday.

After signing a left back we will probably be looking at reducing the squad with Simpson, Middleton, Kelly and Katic all getting sold and possibly the boy Devine or Zukowski going on loan .
