Not sure on this one. He had a very good track record at them but what’s he done since then? Sunderland and Blackburn aren’t really loaded with sellable assets I do wish him all the best but I think his time in football has become very stagnant.

Galston - had success with Burnley and Vancouver Whitecaps. Highly rated in the game. This could be a shrewd move. Yes he’s scouted some that didn’t work out, but he’s also had some VVD moments. This will have been in the pipeline and players will already have been identified.

Goforbig I agree to many getting excited about a scout just shows you what a lack of signings is doing to some on here ?? and before anyone starts we have signed one player in souttar and the rest have resigned which is not the same thing.

He must be worth a punt. We have signed so many players over the last ten years that haven't cut it or made the club any money when sold on. Can’t argue with this guys track record. It’s a thumbs up for me.
