Reading Leeds to revive interest in Ryan Kent I know its only rumours but I sincerely hope our summer isn't dominated by the 3 players on last year of deals will they won't they saga I think Rangers have to take the lead and take a sign or sell policy.

They possibly have onewalter I'm just not sure that players aren't running down contracts for signing on fees now. The market is starting to change for all clubs think you'll see lots more people going out of contract and waiting on teams paying a signing on fee.

Ive said in other posts we can't allow any player to run down there contracts. I think we'll likely lose 1 poss 2 of the guys in question but need to be on our terms.

Think it depends on selling player before we can buy the quality needed. Could see loan deals again and diallo returning. Looking at keeping Davis and McGregor indicates we don't have funds to teplacew them.

I know everyone has different opinions on Kent but for me he is by far the most naturally gifted player in the league by an absolute country mile, ill be gutted to see him leave regardless of any fee but we simply cannot let him run down his contract ( in my opinion ) if we get anywhere near 15 offer it has to be accepted, even if we got 8 million each for Aribo, Alfie an Kent that's 24 million, that's scary doe i think all command a higher fee but if we could use last year's Europe run / tickets to clear all debt and get a large proportion of the figures I mentioned for last year lads to put in to transfers it's really quite a vast amount for our league, last 3 transfers we simply haven't built, it pains me to say we have stagnated in that respect, I do firmly believe we have a right good squad but the league we are in we cannot afford to let players of this calibre go for free.

If we're looking to play 3 at the back then our width would come from wingbacks. I'd take the money for Kent and invest in quality.

Hendo i think Davies getting another year was well done by Rangers he won't play very often, and just for the boys coming in to the first team squad for the first time he will be great for them, and if Kent gets sold for 15m in the ĺast year of contract that will be superb, really like him but for that he has to be sold.

Common guys for anyone who half understands the beautiful game surely to god must know/ see how important kent is for the team ?I'll say it again of course he should be scoring more than 3 goals a season and did with ease the season we won 55?But we need to look at the full picture here when shouting how mediocre ? kent is ?
Look at the assists last season 22 i believe and he makes space for others with his movement and drawing at least two opposition players to him sometimes three ?If kent goes he'll be very difficult to replace imo ? It's only when he's not there that the kent bashers will realise what we've lost ?.

We can't keep a hold of these players forever; kent, Morelos and Aribo are players with ambitions and want to move on from the spfl. It's not like the old games were players stay for years. The business plan a few years back was to buy then make a profit from them. I personally think this season might be a rebuild and go into the league as 2nd favourites.

SWS - you have pinpointed our transfer strategy as we are unable to move forward until there is an update on Kent, Morelos, and Aribo.
