We've have mixed track record of loans.

Whilst I'm not completely against loans, I think it's rare to get a loanee at a stage / level to genuinely improve the starting 11.

As such, they frustrate me, as I feel they block the pathway of our own youth.

I agree don't want steffen either just saying what the rumour is down there. Hardwood belis is the centre half, she said celtic are also keen on him too.

Palmer is the best player in the academy John I agree. But he was sniffing in around the first team before his injury and pep wants to blood him in to first team next season like he did with foden.

Again Zander Clark is statistically the worst goalie in the league who plays regularly.

Has the occasional game when he’ll make a couple of wonder saves but his overall game is really poor.

Jak Alnwick has been the best goalie outwith the old firm the past couple of seasons that’s why he’s just signed for Cardiff. Zander Clark is just about to sign for Dundee United, levels.

Copland I wouldn’t have Clark as a no1 but I think he’s acceptable as back up and fills the Scottish criteria for Europe something a lot of people don’t seem to take into account when we are building a squad for the season. Different aspects come into it.

He’s playing for a poor st Johnstone side that almost got relegated so can’t judge him in that. There’s 11 players who keep clean sheets n 11 who concede goals.

John that’s a good point mate. Am not totally clues up on the rules of these things however I figure it shouldn’t matter if we have numerous Scot trained players In 17 does it? A mean what if we had 17 Scot’s trained players for example how does that affect the criteria mate.

I would suggest that there are few Scottish Players that we could sign that would strengthen the Team. I know that Ferguson at Aberdeen divides opinion but I would not be averse to seeing him at Rangers. Problem is that I wouldn't want us to pay the price that Aberdeen would want for him.
I also suspect that Sunderland will want c£5m for the lad that we have been linked with.
