Livi I think your being a bit hard on the guy with not of standard. This guy didn't have a pre season and hasn't had a run of games to give him match sharpness. He has shown glimpses that he had quality. I think given time he would be a good player for us.

he's nowhere near good enough so good for both parties as i doubt he would play much for us.

He wandered around with his head down, looked disinterested. A balotelli type character. He had plenty chance, he should of looked like gazza vs Albion, but he looked more like nicky law. Good decision to move him on.

Another waste of money. 1 Patterson type deal doesn't cover the fact our recruitment has been dodgy to say the least. Barker, Baccuna, Simpson, Firth and probably more that have slipped my mind. We need to stop paying for players that aren't good enough for this club. Anyway that's my opinion, good luck to the lads tonight especially young Lowry. Big hopes for this lad.

Storm, looking at the players that we signed prior to Wilson's arrival, (the majority of whom made up our 55th Championship win, most of them, (including the majority signed while Gerrard was manager. This for me does raise questions in respect of the players subsequently signed by Wilson. The younger lads signed for the B Team, look promising and will hopefully become first team players in time, but for those signed for the first team the vast majority at best are either injury prone or nothing more than bit part players. When Wilson left Southampton a lot of fans were happy given that his latter signings were poor. Maybe he will prove me wrong and we will sign a couple of top quality players that can walk straight into the Team in the next four or five days. I live in hope!

Says Birmingham can’t cover what he’s on wage wise but an agreement can be struck so we will prob agree to pay part of his wage again unreal if true.
