Guys all the talk of lowry to the first team is nonsense the boy is not near ready to face premiership sides and we can't depend on a kid to turn a game but def excited about him and a few other kids breaking through.

Kezman nonsense. you don't know if they are ready until they start playing in first team some thrive some don't only one way to find out. Remind me what ages where the top players in world when they started playing first team football.

💯 agree with you I'd look at sending him out on loan to a championship team for the rest of the season if possible. Rumour has it McLaughlin is close to a new contract.

Guessing if he was ready, Gio would have him in or around the first team.

Good run out against world beaters Stirling shows that he is tonnes of potential but let’s not kill his confidence by pushing him when the professional coaches clearly think he needs more development.

Maybe he ain’t ready but the game against the “world beaters Stirling” he did stand out playing in a team of players who have played against premiership teams. I would definitely keep him about the first team to see how he gets on.

Was out for a swim/ sauna yesterday and a guy was comparing him to, wait for it, Laudrup!
He is a good prospect, but we have seen many of these come and go.
Good luck to the lad, let's hope he has a great career with the Rangers.

Every player always needs development he is older that the likes of Ronaldo Messi Rooney and tons of others when they made Thier breakthrough most of them had a full season under Thier belt before now if gio does not show faith will be another barjonas gilmour Middleton have to leave to get games.

This is a typical Scottish post, not ready? Did you not see him the other day? If that’s not ready then I don’t know what is. How about we play our young exciting players.

Ridiculous post IMO Zulu will only know by playing him he was the best player on the park against Stirling where as seasoned professionals were not very good in our team 🤭😬.

IMO you have 2 choices you either keep him in and around 1st team and give him 15 mins or so here and there and if he continues to look the part he earns more game time or you loan him out to a Championship club on the understanding that he must play 50% of their games or they have to pay a financial penalty if not a team like Dundee or Ross County in our league.
He was impressive on Friday, yes opposition were poor but he was our best player on the night, small sample size but a positive appearance, liked his confidence and always wanted the ball.
Needs to move up from Lowland league with B team, even a spell at Kelly Hearts till end of season wouldn’t be too bad.

The Glasgow why not give him a start it's very hard for pros to get Thier self into a game coming off bench never mind youth. No offense but guys like you that show fear instead of faith and rewarding good play is why we don't produce our own regularly. Look at Walter even though he was a great manager we would never have had Ferguson become a regular if advocaat hadn't arrived and showed faith in him. He was impressive in his first game alongside Ian Ferguson got chance only due to injury Ferguson also got man of match in that game Walter dropped him the week later. We need to change our mentality of how we develope players and go back to the old if you play well you stay in.
