Interesting following last week's discussion on James Maxwell going to Patrick Thisthe.
Leeds United have made a move to sign him today.

I read a story on this yesterday, John. How good is the boy? Must be doing something right If Leeds are really interested? Big difference between them and Partick.

BMG I thought he was back up to barisic Bassey the Maxwell, cracking footballer IMO. Gets rave reviews at Ayr.

Could be involved in any deal with us getting sommerville but from I've heard he's heading to the championship.

All depends on if he plays and at what level. Crucial stage in his development. Could be that he goes to Leeds and plays youth/ B team football v Partick T senior football.

John, wasn't Maxwell involved in something outside of football that saw us wanting shot of him, I may be wrong though, otherwise, he sounds a good prospect though from what you say.

No Stormtrooper people wanted him sacked because he broke Rangers protocols which could've led to points deductions and cancellation of games at a very important time of the season. Luckily enough he was found out before entering the training ground. See if your going point score get the facts correct 1st.

I know a couple of boys at ayr, my mate has been there for years. Raves to me about Maxwell. Interestingly he's played in midfield a fair bit for them as well as left back.

KJ you'll see lots of folk backtracking on their Paterson/ C.V. party views.

Keep digging guys.

As someone who worked the whole way through this last 2 years I was livid with them and that's not back tracking.

Correct sweep1👍Stormtrooper you're a helluva guy for digging things up from previous pal why continually do you do that my friend🤔Nobody knew that patterson would be sold for that incredible fee and if my memory serves me correctly, nobody said they didn't rate NP, so let it go mate, no need for it imo🤔.

I think sweep and SGL many others are entitled to their opinion, they and others may have seen many deaths.
These guys breached protocols and were only caught because a delivery driver from an Indian restaurant who did not support us shopped them
Some times in society people can react out of proportion to the facts.
At end off day SG and Rangers dealt with it well, interesting to note four out of five are gone.

I'm the same sweep and coops. I've worked all the way through the C.V. and was also initially absolutely raging at the guys for breaking club protocol. Worse, they would have turned up for training and could have made things much worse. As the days went on I softened enough to accept that a rap on the knuckles was probably the correct thing to do, given the circumstances. If we had been deducted points, had severe sanctions imposed, I'm sure many on here wouldn't have been so forgiving.
